As important as it is to get this vital information to the people who need it most -- the moment they first start handling your valuable customers' food -- the fact is neither you nor your managers have the time to teach it.
The TAP Series Food Safety Employee Training program changes all that. Those portions of the entire certification training content that apply to your employees are made available with a simple click of a button. The only thing you need to do is make sure that they have the course launched and know how to use a mouse - and then you can walk away. A couple of hours later (all at once or over a few days) your employee will be trained and you will have a report to prove it. By printing out a copy of this report and placing it in each employee personnel file, you will have the documentation needed during safety inspections, insurance reviews or in the event of a legal action.
