Question: What happens when I refer a potential customer to your site?
Answer: You will be issued a unique code to include in the URL you use to refer potential customers to our web site. Visitors coming from your site will be automatically tracked and your Partner Code will be attached to trial download/purchase details and recorded in our customer database.
Question: I don't own A Role in the Show. Do I need to own the eLearning course before I can become a Referral Partner?
Answer: No purchase is necessary to become a Referral Partner. All you need to do is sign up and post links to our site.
Question: How do I know I'll get paid? How can you tell people came from my site?
Answer: We use a technology called cookies that automatically tracks visitors from your site. We'll provide you with monthly reports detailing your referred sales. It's to our advantage to see that you find this program profitable, so that you'll continue to link to our site in the future.
Question: My Web site is not a commercial site or is not related to Web marketing or software. How would I make it fit into my site?
Answer: You don't have to have a commercial site to refer interested visitors to our web site. You can access sample banners and graphics from our Partner Resources page to help you build your link.
